Shipping

We ship Australia wide. For international orders please email us prior to purchase.

We normally ship all stock within 5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are shipped via registred Australia Post, ensuring that you recieve your purchases. Shipping prices are in line with Australia Post charges. Actual delivery time will vary according to Australia Post. In most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time e.g. the festive seasons or items out of stock, may take longer.

Important additional notice

Due to Christmas closure period items purchased between 10/12/2007 and 07/01/2008 will not be shipped until 10/01/2008

Backorders

Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it becoming available.

Cancellations

Cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please email support@essentialoilscollection.com to cancel an order.

GST

10% GST is already calculated into the price of each item in our online store.
